📋 Description

• Service Diagnostics Equipment in the Seattle, WA area. • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. • Deliver timely and effective repairs. • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. • Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers. • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. • 3-5 years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments. • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Diagnostics Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficient use of tools and service test equipment. • General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding. • Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website, and Engineer Tools. • Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record. • Ability to work individually and in an established team setting. • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine grasping and manipulation; good vision; ability to work alone. • Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources. • Strong competency in mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology. • Experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training. • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
