📋 Description

• Service, repair and/or install products or IT solutions at customer sites • Perform electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts • Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory • Troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance and repair designated equipment • Order and maintain spare parts inventory • Maintain regular customer communication and ensure resolution with accurate follow-up • Use documented processes and root cause analysis to resolve customer service issues • Drive service business growth through sales actions and quoting service agreements, parts, upgrades, consumables and equipment leads • Travel up to 35% of the time and at a moment’s notice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another STEM field • Equivalent military training or Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience • Ability to travel 35%, including overnight travel within the territory or locations • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment preferred
