📋 Description

• Service MR imaging equipment in the Detroit, MI area • Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and inventory • Manage company assets, including the company car, phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform administrative duties accurately • Provide service across the assigned geography • Participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience • 3–5+ years of field service experience desired • Knowledge and experience servicing, performing preventive maintenance, and modifying medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision • Experience testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment • Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in an established team setting • Ability to travel and provide service in the assigned geography • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and a good driving record • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology under US export control law
