• Service multiple modalities, including Angio, X-ray, MR, CT, and NucMed imaging equipment in the Yuma, Arizona area • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management • Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately
• Minimum high school diploma required; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred • 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments • Knowledge and experience servicing, performing preventative maintenance, and modifying medical imaging equipment at customer sites • Experience testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in tools and service test equipment • General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding • Proficiency in network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, and fine-grasping work • Good vision and ability to work alone • Excellent judgment in customer relations and management of company resources • Competency in instrument systems technology, including mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology • Experience with electronics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems • Must satisfy applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
