📋 Description

• Complete a comprehensive approximately three-month in-field and classroom training program • Travel to customer sites in the region to install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate advanced measuring instruments • Work hands-on with high-tech CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) • Document service work and maintain accurate service records • Work independently while representing ZEISS in a fast-paced, innovative environment • Travel 70–90% in the region to serve a wide variety of customers, locations and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate, completed GED or equivalent, or technical school, associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or training and experience from a Military Technical School • Prior experience working with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment • Microsoft operating system knowledge • Ability to lift one article weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance • Ability and willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per work week, including regular time and overtime • Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment • Valid driver license required • Previous experience installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems is preferred but not required • Previous CMM installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred but not required
