📋 Description

• Service XP/AX Imaging Equipment in the Fargo, North Dakota area. • Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • Deliver timely and effective repairs. • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. • Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. • Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers. • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately. • Provide service Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM after onboarding/training. • Participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience. • 1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired. • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting. • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography. • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification. • Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required. • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform the listed physical activities, including walking, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, standing, high-reach, and fine grasping manipulation. • Must hold a valid driver's license in the state of residence and meet Fleet Safety Policy requirements, including no prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law. • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification verification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training. • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
