• Oversee execution teams and ensure success against clients’ strategic goals through Varian’s end-to-end solution • Build and maintain collaborative, executive-level partnerships supporting long-term client loyalty • Partner with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership from strategy scoping through execution • Execute enterprise solutions focused on reducing time to value for partners • Serve as a Varian product and oncology expert supporting client success • Operationalize execution plans, KPIs, scorecards, and partnership governance structures • Ensure program deliverables are patient-centered, close consumption gaps, and shift strategy toward diversified recurring revenue • Achieve assigned KSO targets and build client relationships • Execute Varian implementation processes and ensure client satisfaction • Provide effective company representation and exemplify Varian professionalism • Represent Varian ethics, values, and business practices with internal and external constituents • Travel 50%-75% and obtain access to applicable client sites
• Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people • Effective interpersonal skills • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with HCM such as Workday or equivalent ERP and productivity software • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills • Organizational and analytical skills • Executive presence, presentation skills, and selling skills • Strategic, relevant knowledge and cross-functional experience including Varian solutions and oncology operations and business • Understanding of different business models and ability to bring together complex technologies to create value • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments • Strong multimode communication skills across organizational levels • Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between organizations • Healthcare finance knowledge, including basic organizational P&L • Minimum seven years’ managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in oncology operations • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial performance, and operational performance • Proven track record of collaboration and consensus building • Completion of an LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility • Vendor Credentialing requirements for applicable client-site access, including possible identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, TB testing, and healthcare training • Knowledge of quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems • Basic IT knowledge, especially interoperability and infrastructure • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and eight years of related experience, or master's degree with six years of related experience • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law
