• Lead account success management focused on solution execution, customer service, and client retention • Understand customers’ strategy, business model, and success metrics • Liaise directly between partner organizations and Varian • Oversee teams delivering enterprise solutions • Participate in pre-scoping sales cycles and oversee post-sale operational implementation • Ensure execution against clients’ strategic goals through Varian’s end-to-end solution • Build and maintain executive-level partnerships and long-term client loyalty • Partner with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales, and Varian leadership throughout strategy scoping and execution • Execute enterprise solutions that reduce time to value • Serve as Varian product and oncology expert supporting client success • Operationalize execution plans, KPIs, scorecards, and partnership governance structures • Ensure patient-centered program deliverables, close consumption gaps, and shift strategy toward diversified recurring revenue • Achieve assigned KSO targets and ensure client satisfaction • Execute Varian implementation processes and represent Varian professionally • Oversee projects and supporting resources through a dotted-line reporting structure
• Minimum seven years’ managerial experience in healthcare administration with expertise in oncology operations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and eight years of related experience, or master’s degree with six years of related experience • Leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial performance, and operational performance • Ability to lead people with competence and confidence • Effective interpersonal, communication, collaboration, delegation, presentation, selling, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with HCM such as Workday or equivalent ERP/productivity software • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously • Executive presence, responsiveness, and reliability • Knowledge of Varian solutions, oncology operations, and healthcare business models • Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between partner and Varian organizations • Healthcare finance knowledge, including basic organizational P&L • Knowledge of quality, performance improvement, change theory, health systems, interoperability, and infrastructure • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments • Travel required 50%-75% • Must complete applicable LMS training plan • Must meet required vendor credentialing requirements for client-site access, including applicable identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, TB testing, and healthcare training • Preferred: clinical background such as RT(T), RN, MO, CMD, or PhD • Preferred: master’s degree such as MBA/MHA
