📋 Description

• Define how Empower’s out-of-the-box AI solutions apply to customer workflows • Specify manual steps to remove, data captured automatically at the point of work, and applications of agentic automation • Own Empower solution design per account, covering work order execution, notifications, time and material confirmation, measurement readings, parts handling, and offline field use • Run onsite assessments and workshops with maintenance, reliability, and IT stakeholders • Produce design documents for functional consultants to execute • Define future-state maintenance and repair processes for technicians, supervisors, and storeroom staff • Make and defend decisions on SAP PM integration, master data structure, mobile configuration, and security roles and access • Quantify business cases using metrics such as wrench time, schedule compliance, backlog health, and PM completion • Present solution designs and business cases to customer executives • Visit live accounts to review deployed designs against current operations • Create action plans separating design refinements from configuration, data, and training work, with owners, sequencing, and effort • Identify expansion opportunities across processes, sites, and capabilities • Coach functional consultants on maintenance process and design reasoning • Support account executives with technical discovery and solution scoping • Present the design approach to prospects • Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations • Travel globally across customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a maintenance or reliability technician, craft supervisor, or MRO lead in a refinery, plant, mill, or mine • 5+ years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, owning solution design and running onsite process assessments and gap analysis at industrial customers • Demonstrated experience taking a site from paper work orders to mobile maintenance execution • Track record identifying design or process gaps in live accounts and writing executable plans • Working command of maintenance and repair operations, including notification intake, work order flow, confirmation discipline, parts, and closeout data quality • Ability to present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives and communicate with shop floor crews • Experience defining security roles and access for maintenance systems • Working understanding of AI, including large language models, retrieval over technical documentation, agentic automation, and predictive models in maintenance • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on maintenance experience • Based in North America with authorization to work there • Willing to travel up to 50% • Able to meet plant, refinery, and mine site safety and access requirements • Preferred: CMRP, CRL, or equivalent maintenance and reliability certification • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA asset management and integration patterns to SAP such as PO, ECC, and APIs • Preferred: Maintenance KPI frameworks including backlog health, schedule compliance, PM/PdM completion, MTBF, and MTTR • Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI tooling, including LLM-based assistants, retrieval over equipment and procedure documentation, or predictive models • Preferred: Experience mentoring technicians, planners, or consultants • Preferred: Working Spanish or Portuguese
