📋 Description

• Lead multiple medium-to-large IT and clinical system projects from initiation to completion • Create and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets • Develop project artifacts including Charter, Project Plan, Budget Tracker, RACI, status reports, and steering committee materials • Facilitate project kick-offs and manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple locations • Identify dependencies, risks, and issues early; develop mitigation and contingency plans • Maintain documentation for audit readiness and compliance with PMO standards • Ensure user training, readiness, and competency before go-live • Partner with IS training and vendors to prepare technical and user documentation • Communicate project updates and deliverables to executive leadership regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 6+ years of experience leading IT and clinical project implementations • Proven track record managing Epic or Meditech clinical systems projects • Required experience with Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant implementations in multi-hospital environments • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and resource management • Extensive project management experience • PMP certification strongly preferred • Experience working in large, complex healthcare systems highly preferred • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
