📋 Description

• Drive supportability improvement projects from inception through planning, launch, adoption, and impact measurement • Develop and maintain technology project plans covering tasks, milestones, status, and resource allocation • Mediate disputes and resolve scheduling and asset utilization conflicts • Engage engineering and product teams to drive priorities and data-driven decisions • Manage daily standups and weekly/monthly meeting cadences • Own performance metrics and identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement opportunities • Define goals, create dashboards, monitor metrics, and synthesize product plans and functional specifications • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap • Track deliverables from conception through launch using established processes, tools, and communications • Partner with the CMS product owner to manage Jira across ticket assignment, release planning, sprint planning, and backlog organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical program/product management experience • Proven track record delivering scalable consumer products • Hands-on experience creating and owning Jira workflows, ticket assignment, release management, and sprint planning • Understanding of web and mobile technologies and service operations at scale • Ability to ramp up and develop expertise in new technical areas • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate, and lead changes in direction • Strong project management, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration skills • Experience managing complex projects with many partners • Experience across the full product lifecycle, including competitive research, ideation, user-centered design, specification, architecture, and delivery • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and hold them accountable to timelines • Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes • Experience with the Software and Service Delivery Life Cycle, DevOps, design, delivery, End-to-End Operate, and User Scenarios • Ability to anticipate problems and find resolutions
