📋 Description

• Maintain consistent and frequent communication with hiring managers about targeted recruiting efforts and delays. • Identify hiring managers’ expectations and required candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities. • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for Corporate and Operational roles. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and an active talent pool. • Support candidates with applications, assessments, background checks, and drug screens. • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, aptitudes, and qualifications. • Partner with Compensation and HRBPs to identify competitive candidate offers. • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory recruitment requirements. • Lead and participate in projects aligned with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. • Serve as a subject matter expert for recruiting best practices and guidance. • Lead the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team and may have direct reports. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information. • Multi-task and prioritize requests with attention to detail. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year (4) college or technical school or six (6) years of Human Resources experience including one (1) year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume and fast paced environment. • Three years of Human Resources experience; to include one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring candidates in a high-volume and fast pace environment. • Five years of customer service experience. • One-year experience utilizing a variety of recruiting tools (ads, social media, networking) to source and attract top talent. • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems and database systems. • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical and decision making skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and at different levels. • Time management and organizational skills to handle various and sometimes conflicting projects/priorities within assigned regions. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to lead teams of recruiters and recruiting coordinators. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to establish priorities and work in a team environment. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work remotely and self-managing.
