📋 Description

• Connect with customers: You will interact with customers via chat, text messages, and phone calls, either in real time or through scheduled appointments. • Provide expert guidance: Offer expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and personalized shopping experiences. • Present products and services: Showcase our products online, sharing detailed information about the features and benefits of each item. • Provide information on extended service agreements and financing options: Ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. • Support sales growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, collaboration with physical stores, and omnichannel commerce. • Build relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. • Follow up: Conduct follow-ups to maintain long-term relationships and build a personal client portfolio.
