📋 Description

• Deliver financial targets by achieving revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the assigned geographical area • Deliver operational targets and key growth initiatives defined by the Commercial Leader • Coordinate with manufacturer representatives to promote and maintain successful, profitable business relationships and sales • Grow revenue through direct lead generation and agent teams • Analyze sales levels and trends through market research and initiate proactive or corrective actions • Interact with customers including channel partners, contractors, integrators, and end-users, as well as manufacturer representatives • Ensure appropriate technical guidance and assistance regarding product applications is available to customers • Promote and market company strategy through customer interaction at industry groups, conventions, and tradeshows • Serve as the Voice of the Customer by providing recommendations and feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams • Help ensure control products and systems meet or exceed customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in lighting or a similar ecosystem sales • Experience leading or working directly for third-party manufacturing sales teams • Experience using data and analytics to drive regional sales growth • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
