📋 Description

• Drive and execute strategy, innovation, and performance for multiple client SEO strategies • Develop and manage a portfolio of 4–6 SEO accounts • Build client relationships and manage projects and deliverables • Lead recurring status and reporting calls • Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for assigned clients • Act as a trusted SEO advisor and consultant • Translate channel strategy into time-bound tactical roadmaps • Build and maintain content systems including topic clusters, pillar pages, internal links, and schema • Prioritize performance-based initiatives and drive authoritative content at scale • Research emerging search and AI technology trends • Improve SEO delivery processes and efficiency • Analyze performance data, identify trends, measure initiative impact, and develop actionable strategies • Collaborate with measurement, paid media, and creative teams • Support sales with SEO strategy proposals and audits

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of agency experience • 5+ years of overall relevant marketing/SEO experience • Previous experience at a performance marketing agency • Hands-on experience optimizing for AI search, including actual tests • Experience with Generative AI and LLMs and their influence on search behavior • Ability to implement optimized strategies for AI search engines • Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog • Expertise in content strategy based on audience, keyword, and competitor research • Ability to craft content briefs for content teams • Strong business acumen connecting SEO results to measurable client business impact • Comfort serving as a client-facing SEO representative and primary point of contact • Strong project and time management skills • Ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and improve continuously
