📋 Description

• Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement • Speak with customers over the phone and answer basic questions • Identify customer needs and determine their interest • Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers when needed • Maintain accurate customer and appointment information • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals • Provide a friendly and professional customer experience • Communicate with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone • Strong communication skills • Motivated by goals and performance • Reliable and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently • Organized and able to manage multiple appointments • Professional and personable • Comfortable using basic computer systems • Willing to learn and take coaching • Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required
