📋 Description

• Create robust, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions with a builder mindset and product-focused approach • Own the technical design and delivery of complex, user-facing Calendar features across the full stack, from idea to production • Partner with Product to understand customer needs, define upcoming features, and identify problems before customers do • Build across the full stack using Ruby on Rails or Python and ship clean, scalable code • Establish engineering standards, component architectures, and development best practices • Mentor other engineers • Navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality products at pace

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering, with deep, hands-on Ruby on Rails expertise • Proven track record of taking ambiguous and complex problems to reliable production systems that serve millions of users • Solid, production-tested experience with Ember.js or React and their ecosystems • Strong systems design and judgment across APIs, SQL, multi-platform distributed systems, observability, and reliability • Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with remote teams on GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Zoom • Advanced, hands-on fluency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code • High agency; ownership of quality, reliability, and operational excellence end to end • Bonus: web application security, PCI or HIPAA compliance experience • Bonus: production troubleshooting and infrastructure experience with Docker, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, NGINX, AWS, Linux, Terraform/Ansible
