📋 Description

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems in a production environment • Rapidly learning and applying new techniques in LLM development (fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering) • Working across teams including product managers, medical writers, and customer success to translate requirements into technical solutions • Completing 3-4 interview stages, including a take-home code assessment

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development • Proficiency in modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.) • Experience building GenAI applications • Experience deploying/scaling containerized applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred) • Experience building CI/CD pipelines • Ability to reason through ambiguous requirements and execute quickly without extensive oversight • Experience with Terraform or Pulumi (nice to have) • Familiarity with secure coding practices from industries like fintech or life sciences (nice to have) • Experience with React development (nice to have) • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in life sciences or similar (nice to have)
