📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, and maintain OData, CDS View, and AMDP interfaces connecting S/4HANA with SAP MII and SAP ME • Design and build clean-core extensions, APIs, and integration flows on SAP BTP • Create custom ABAP objects, User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Spots in S/4HANA manufacturing modules • Apply RAP and modern extensibility frameworks • Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize complex ABAP code and S/4HANA database queries • Ensure custom code, BTP applications, and data structures comply with defense-specific requirements, including ITAR data segregation and secure cloud standards • Collaborate with Lead Functional Consultants to translate technical specifications into secure, scalable S/4HANA ABAP and BTP solutions • Support the global upgrade and implementation of a digital manufacturing platform • Enable secure, high-performance data exchange between the enterprise core and SAP MII/ME shop-floor layers during ECC-to-S/4HANA and SAP BTP transition

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of advanced SAP ABAP programming experience • Minimum 1–2 projects and 3+ years of hands-on experience migrating to and developing natively within SAP S/4HANA • Practical experience with SAP BTP services, including SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, or BTP ABAP Environment • Deep expertise in CDS Views, OData services, AMDP, and SAP Clean Core development principles • Deep technical understanding of S/4HANA PP, QM, and MM database tables and logic • Strong code remediation experience • Experience with BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots • Strong analytical skills and precise attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively across global, distributed technical teams • US citizenship or specific regional security clearance may be required due to ITAR regulations and defense contract restrictions • SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience with code remediation preferred • SAP BTP certification preferred • SAP ABAP Development certification preferred • SAP Fiori and UI5 development experience preferred • Agile and Scrum delivery experience preferred
