📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects • Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and development teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable SAP solutions • Serve as the primary technical authority for SAP development activities, integrations, custom enhancements, data migration, and technical architecture • Lead onsite and offshore teams while ensuring SAP best practices, quality standards, and project delivery commitments • Lead technical design, architecture, and development of SAP solutions • Define technical standards, development frameworks, and best practices • Translate functional requirements into technical solution designs • Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and performance of SAP applications • Guide developers, technical consultants, and project teams • Lead SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, ABAP, and related development activities • Design and oversee custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and conversions • Manage SAP and non-SAP integrations using APIs, middleware, IDocs, OData, web services, and cloud integration technologies • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives • Lead custom code remediation, integration redesign, and technical readiness assessments • Collaborate on data extraction, conversion, validation, and reconciliation • Participate in cutover planning, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities • Lead technical project workstreams from initiation through deployment and support • Develop technical estimates, project plans, and resource requirements • Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies • Provide technical status updates to project leadership and stakeholders • Lead and mentor SAP technical consultants and developers • Support knowledge transfer, training, and skill development • Coordinate onsite, offshore, and vendor teams • Provide technical leadership for production support and AMS engagements • Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution • Identify system optimization, automation, and process improvement opportunities • Support performance tuning and system stability initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 8–12+ years of SAP technical experience • 3–6+ years of experience leading SAP technical teams or workstreams • Proven experience delivering SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in global delivery environments with onsite and offshore teams • SAP S/4HANA • SAP ECC • ABAP/OO ABAP • Fiori/UI5 • SAP Gateway • CDS Views • AMDP • OData Services • Workflow • Enhancement Framework • BAdIs • User Exits • SmartForms • Adobe Forms • SAP BTP Integration Suite • CPI • REST APIs • SOAP Web Services • IDocs • RFCs • SAP PI/PO • Event-driven integrations • SAP Migration Cockpit • SAP Data Services (BODS) • Data validation and reconciliation • Data conversion and cutover activities • Master and transactional data migration • SAP BTP • SAP Build • BAS • SAP AI and automation tools • Cloud integrations and extensibility • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience • Preferred: SAP BTP certification • Preferred: SAP ABAP Development certification • Preferred: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development • Preferred: Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies • Preferred: Experience supporting presales activities, solution estimates, and proposals • PMMO knowledge, including project-level material and cost flow, WIP, project-level inventory visibility, and complex fulfillment scenarios
