📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end SAP data workstream and define the data strategy, roadmap, milestones, and delivery plan • Direct Brownfield ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and data readiness activities • Establish validation frameworks for master data, transactional data, open items, balances, and historical data • Oversee source extraction, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation • Validate master data including Business Partners, materials, G/L accounts, cost centers, profit centers, assets, vendors, and customers • Validate transactional data including open purchase orders, sales orders, inventory, financial balances, open items, and asset values • Coordinate mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, production migration, and post-go-live reconciliation • Define data quality standards, controls, ownership, stewardship, and issue-remediation processes • Manage data risks, dependencies, defects, decisions, and readiness milestones • Facilitate workshops with business process owners, functional leads, architects, developers, and data owners • Provide executive-level status reporting on data quality, validation results, conversion readiness, and key risks • Develop procedures, documentation, training materials, and knowledge-transfer plans for data governance and validation • Execute end-to-end data migration from SAP ECC, EPICOR, and NetSuite systems into SAP S/4HANA • Load existing data-lake extracts into S/4 while ensuring high data quality, business continuity, and successful go-live • Establish golden records for Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data, with immediate focus on Customer Master • Preserve links to existing orders and invoices and maintain Salesforce integrations • Perform Extract → Transform → Cleanse → Load → Validate → Reconcile activities across systems • Support successful mock conversions, dress rehearsals, production cutover, data reconciliation, and reduction of post-go-live data issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 8-10+ years of enterprise data management, migration, validation, or governance experience • 5-8+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience • Experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration programs, minimum of 2-3 projects • Strong experience validating SAP master data and transactional data • Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, data quality, governance, and cutover methodologies • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments • Strong communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration • Experience with non-SAP ERP integration, including EPICOR and preferably NetSuite • Expertise in data migration lifecycle, including ETL, mapping, and validation • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA data objects, including Business Partners, Finance, and Materials • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) • Hands-on experience with Migration Cockpit (LTMC & ATC) • SQL / ABAP for extraction and transformation • Data profiling, cleansing, and governance experience • Experience handling large-scale master and transactional data • Experience integrating APIs, flat files, and third-party systems • Preferred experience with multi-ERP consolidation projects, SAP S/4HANA implementation, Data Governance / MDG, and Vendor/Customer to Business Partner conversion
