📋 Description

• Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned accounts, including researching and/or analyzing contracts, depositing payments, monitoring delinquent accounts, and preparing/reviewing/maintaining aged receivables • Complete Accounts Payable functions, including generating accounts payable and processing routine bills • Ensure accurate recording of time and bill rates for travelers entered into Vendor Management Software • Ensure accurate billing of facilities and payments to subcontractors • Work with subcontractors to resolve discrepancies as needed • Research issues contributing to account delinquency, determine appropriate collections actions, and implement those actions • Collect and record cancellation fees from subcontractors • Uphold the company’s Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • 2 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
