📋 Description

• Process invoices accurately and timely • Maintain billing and invoicing records according to company processes and procedures • Manage one or more Tier 1 Billing Methods • Maintain reconciliation records from the traveler, client, and contract • Send invoices to clients weekly or bi-weekly • Communicate with clients, third-party VMS/MSP, Contract Admin, and ClientServices to resolve invoicing issues • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and cash posting • Maintain weekly integration of Customer Billing detail from FileMaker into the accounting system • Reconcile and verify the accuracy and completeness of data transmission • Uphold company Core Values in client, clinician, and colleague interactions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required • Degree or certification in a job-related field preferred • Suitable combination of education, training, or experience accepted • 1 year of experience in high-volume billing and invoice processing • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills and comfort communicating across functional areas • High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
