📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational support to clients and Client Success Managers • Build positive working relationships with healthcare supplier partners • Qualify placement opportunities and post requisitions • Complete profile screening and onboarding support • Create and distribute activity and performance reports • Provide follow-up initiatives and customer service • Meet and develop relationships with hiring managers in facilities • Meet or exceed role-related KPIs, including productivity, time to vet, submissions vetted, and offer-to-accept metrics • Manage a desk of 150 TOA within six months • Assist the Implementations team with new or existing account implementation tasks • Identify opportunities for program improvements • Develop and review periodic performance reports • Develop knowledge of VMS technology for data management, client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding, and customer support • Audit bookings in technology or via contract for accuracy • Maintain communication with supplier partners regarding open contracts, decline reasoning, and extensions • Provide prompt and proactive follow-up to internal and external clients • Manage, upload, and distribute facility onboarding documents • Provide team coverage when necessary • Review and prescreen profiles for skillset, experience, references, and skills checklist requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer facing position • Ability to work quickly and accurately independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment • Strong time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally • Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet • Suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered • Preferred: Healthcare industry experience • Preferred: Knowledge of hospital systems, medical terminology and/or healthcare services • Preferred: Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS)
