📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical liaison between facility clients and vendor partners in cases requiring counsel, clinical investigation, or potential termination • Review traveler performance evaluations and escalate to the Clinical Director for follow-up as appropriate • Participate in clinical interviews to ensure high-quality clinicians are matched with client requirements in a timely manner • Provide coverage and support for Clinical Directors as needed • Collaborate with the CAP Program team on preceptor recruitment, training, and development initiatives • Hire and train preceptors in SimpliFi’s CAP program • Communicate with client clinical leadership • Support SimpliFi’s shared services teams to ensure seamless program delivery and organizational alignment • Work closely with the Client Relationship team, Clinical Directors, CAP Managers, shared services team, and VP of Clinical Services • Serve as a site coordinator and clinician responsible for strengthening program outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (ADN) from a two-year college • 3+ years of nursing experience in multiple specialty areas • RN License in at least one state • Strong interpersonal skills to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints to all levels of people within the organization • High attention to detail • Ability to work on highly confidential matters with discretion • Ability to write well and effectively present information to employees, top management, and customers • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a four-year college or university preferred • Previous experience in healthcare staffing preferred
