• Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals. • Develop and maintain your own book of business. • Prospect, cold call, text, and engage candidates daily. • Match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide. • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process. • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements.
• A competitive mindset and strong drive to achieve goals. • Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer success, hospitality, insurance, retail, real estate, mortgage lending, or another relationship-driven role. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Resilience, coachability, and a desire to continuously improve. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
