โข Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach โข Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services โข Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs โข Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores โข Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed
โข 1โ2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred) โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills โข Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking โข Strong negotiation and closing skills โข Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic โข A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills โข Comfortable working independently in a remote environment โข Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.) โข Experience working in a remote sales environment โข Quiet home office setup is required - no background noise โข A reliable wired internet connection is required โ Wi-Fi is not acceptable
