📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day invoicing activity for an assigned client portfolio • Ensure accuracy and integrity of billing data related to clients’ relocation programs • Prepare timely and accurate invoices for all expenses • Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end presorting processes • Prepare required invoicing reports and reconciliations • Document reasons items were not billed by scheduled due dates and escalate recurring obstacles • Respond to client and internal SIRVA billing queries within established guidelines • Facilitate resolution of internal and external billing challenges • Communicate inconsistencies and errors to processing teams • Update billing training and client guides • Answer tax and expense questions for clients and internal teams • Participate in billing and client-support projects • Process urgent payment requests when directed by leadership • Interact with Client Service, accounting, and global mobility teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be detail oriented and have good analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization skills • Ability to work successfully in a team and deadline driven environment • Financial/Accounting knowledge preferred • Intermediate level of Excel skills • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
