📋 Description

• Work with Business Development globally across Europe, Asia and the Americas on pricing opportunities • Develop economic models to help win business for Sirva • Gather data and perform financial analysis related to pricing • Provide pricing for new client pursuits and existing client contract renewals • Manage and report on pricing activities • Lead pricing strategy, pricing analysis and pricing support • Analyze client cost trends, move patterns and relocation policies to establish strategic pricing directions • Maintain, modify and enhance pricing comparison models • Work directly with Sales SVPs on pricing bids and pipeline opportunities • Analyze competitor pricing and product design • Use margin pricing and cost analysis to improve corporate revenue • Counsel sales and directors on presenting pricing proposals • Gather and analyze data and conduct product performance and price reviews • Convert ambiguous requests into actionable tasks • Prepare special analyses supporting pricing and overall relocation strategy • Supervise Pricing Analyst roles in the Relocation function • Perform performance management and professional development activities for Pricing Analysts • Report directly to the Director of Pricing • Partner with sales, risk, supply chain, operations and finance teams to determine company profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Business Administration • Minimum 7 years related work experience • Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in the Relocation Finance area • Preferred experience in a supervisory role • Strong technical skills such as SQL, VB, Excel expertise, particularly data manipulation and pivot tables • Experience with Business Intelligence tools or other technical programs • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience working in a matrixed environment • Strong analytic skills linking financial results to operational performance drivers • Project or process-improvement leadership within operations or finance • Excellent communication skills across multiple levels, functions and regions • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly, verbally and in writing • Adaptability and flexibility in ambiguous situations • High integrity and adherence to ethical values • Confidence and assertiveness when approaching business leaders and defending positions • Relocation industry experience is required • Must be located in the United States, preferably in the EST or CST time zones
