📋 Description

• Lead and/or manage major and complex cost proposals generally valued at $50M+ • Apply financial analysis and government proposal pricing techniques to complex business proposal solutions, primarily supporting professional services • Draft and finalize cost/price proposal narratives in compliance with RFP Section L criteria • Develop complex pricing strategies and perform risk and cash flow analyses • Develop and present price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior leadership before proposal submission • Collaborate with Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and other functional support teams to deliver compliant and compelling price proposals • Align proposal efforts with Section M RFP criteria and Business Unit growth/profit objectives • Conduct quality assurance reviews of proposals • Prepare special reports and analyses for audits and department administration • Assist other pricing analysts during surge demand • Provide guidance to less experienced team members on compliance-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of direct federal government pricing experience • Comprehensive knowledge of direct government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, and FAR and CAS regulations • Experience managing subcontractor data calls and price proposals in support of prime contractor pricing strategy • Cost/Price proposal narrative writing and experience responding to Pricing evaluation notices, final proposal revisions, etc. • Comprehensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound financial analysis decisions/recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Management and/or mentorship of junior to mid-level pricing analysts • Federal Government Price to Win analysis experience • Top Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI)
