📋 Description

• Program complex online questionnaires, including survey scripting, multi-language management, and reporting • Take full ownership of high-complexity programming projects from end to end, with a consultative approach to client setup and builds • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and the Research Team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding rigorous quality control and Savanta's 'Right First Time' standard • Support, mentor, and train other programmers, sharing best practice across the team • Contribute technical insight to client meetings, new business calls, and project budget management • Help drive new tools and process improvements across the programming workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the US • Must work within Eastern Standard Time • 3+ years' experience programming in Alchemer (Survey Gizmo), Confirmit, Decipher, or a similar survey scripting platform • Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to on-time delivery • Experience training or mentoring other programmers • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels globally • Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical, solutions-focused mindset • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business • Must be suitably qualified; visa sponsorship is unavailable
