📋 Description

• Translate complex customer requirements into robust, scalable, and adoptable technical solutions • Drive architecture of enterprise-level systems aligned with customer needs and Sitetracker platform best practices • Oversee solutions from concept through go-live and beyond • Shape strategic technical direction and improve organizational delivery quality • Lead discovery sessions and multi-day customer workshops • Review implementation builds and provide technical guidance to delivery teams • Present design decisions and completed system builds to executives • Act as a technical authority across multiple parallel projects • Design multi-system technical solutions for enterprise customers • Establish reusable patterns and best practices across delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Design solution architecture for at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation • Document designs through comprehensive diagrams and technical specifications • Break down complex requirements into system components • Architect multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units • Lead customer discovery sessions and document business requirements • Validate requirements against platform capabilities, identifying gaps or risks • Independently lead multi-day workshops with senior stakeholders • Review build work for alignment with solution designs • Provide build guidance and answer complex technical questions • Document best-practice configuration approaches • Introduce reusable frameworks or technical standards • Present solution designs to business, technical, and executive stakeholders • Articulate trade-offs and platform limitations in plain language • Proactively surface risks and suggest mitigation plans
