📋 Description

• Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis databases, products, solutions, and services • Understand, quantify, and verify customers’ business needs and specific use cases • Work with customers’ architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts to ensure successful POCs and pilots • Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and identify new account opportunities and business with existing accounts • Present Redis, its capabilities, and technology to customers, highlighting business impact and competitive advantages • Use customer feedback to improve product materials, technical best practices, and technical materials • Provide feedback to Product Management and R&D teams • Educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally database engineering, for enterprise software • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux • Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems • BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team-player orientation • Successful completion of a background check • Legal eligibility to work in the country where the job is located
