📋 Description

• Identify, acquire, and manage auction partners to support SIXT revenue growth • Manage strategic planning, promotional activities, and performance targets with auction partners and OEMs • Liaise with direct dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing teams to drive consistency and maximize volume • Maintain and enhance auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer participation • Receive and resolve issues with auction partners • Establish best practices and represent units across wholesale channels • Assist with vendor partnerships and marketing efforts • Evaluate vehicle disposal methods to optimize revenue and reduce costs • Develop and execute growth strategies • Represent the SIXT premium brand across multiple channels

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in the automotive industry • 3 years of experience in the auction industry • Ideally 3 years of experience in the rental industry (strongly preferred) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams • Knowledge of AutoIMS and regional pricing processes • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or remotely • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High safety awareness • Experience analyzing remarketing data • Experience developing comprehensive plans • Experience establishing national vendor agreements
