📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan for Cell & Gene Therapy CDMO services • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across biotech, pharma, and academia • Build trusted relationships with scientific, technical, and executive stakeholders • Provide consultative recommendations for Plasmid DNA, AAV, LVV, Process Development, Analytical Development, and GMP Manufacturing • Lead commercial discussions with SMEs, Technical Account Managers, and Operations teams • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and support contract execution • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while achieving territory objectives • Monitor customer pipelines, funding activity, industry trends, and competitive intelligence • Represent ProBio at conferences and partnering events • Share market intelligence with Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field • Over 3 years of Business Development or commercial experience within biotech, pharma, CRO, or CDMO industries • Experience in Cell & Gene Therapy, viral vectors, plasmid DNA, biologics, or advanced therapies strongly preferred • Demonstrated success in consultative technical sales and complex opportunity management • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
