📋 Description

• Work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams • Review current AI initiatives with engineering teams • Design reference architecture for multi-agent orchestration • Collaborate on context management strategy • Design RAG architecture with data and ML teams • Establish prompt governance practices • Define platform resiliency patterns for LLM-dependent systems • Set AI safety and governance standards • Partner with leadership to build implementation roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software/ML architecture • 5+ years in enterprise AI • Designed and shipped multi-agent AI platforms • Built real-time conversational AI systems • Architected RAG pipelines • Worked across multiple LLM providers • Designed intent classification systems • Built both real-time and batch ML pipelines • Operated in cloud-native environments
