📋 Description

• Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key industry analysts as the primary point of contact • Deliver company narratives through briefings, inquiries, and analyst engagements • Plan and execute analyst days, events, webinars, and one-to-one engagements • Collaborate across product, marketing, communications, and executive management • Develop briefing materials, messaging frameworks, and spokesperson preparation • Monitor, synthesize, and share analyst research, coverage, and social commentary • Manage inbound analyst inquiries and RFPs • Provide strategic guidance on trends, perception gaps, and opportunities • Shape Skillsoft’s positioning in analyst evaluations, including MQ/Wave outcomes • Gather competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market and product strategies • Advise executive leadership on analyst engagement strategy • Collaborate with PR, social media, and influencer marketing teams • Integrate analyst endorsements and assets into marketing, sales, and web content • Track AR program KPIs including share of voice, report inclusion, analyst sentiment, and MQ/Wave progress • Communicate complex product capabilities, technology trends, and architectural concepts to analyst audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in market analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or a similar field • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or commensurate experience • Deep knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, learning and development, or adjacent tech industries • Experience working with major analyst firms such as Gartner, IDC, and Forrester • Former analyst experience required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong investigative mindset and strategic thinking • Track record of building relationships and managing high-impact analyst programs • Ability to understand and communicate complex product capabilities, technology trends, and architectural concepts to analyst audiences
