📋 Description

• Perform data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, database commands, and required formats • Maintain accurate and timely employee data in HRIS systems such as ADP, Costpoint, or equivalent • Receive, validate, update, and audit HR systems data • Identify and correct data discrepancies and escalate systemic issues • Assign employee ID numbers after onboarding completion and submit accurate new-hire notifications • Review onboarding files for accurate documentation and proper file location • Create, maintain, and use standardized work processes • Support record management and retention protocols for compliance, personnel, and talent management records • Respond to standard employee-record requests using approved guidelines • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records • Update applicant tracking system records and candidate pipelines • Conduct initial candidate phone screenings using standardized criteria • Initiate onboarding after offer acceptance, including required background investigations or drug screenings • Follow up on background-check and drug-screening results • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates • Support compliance processing, workforce metrics reporting, HR initiatives, projects, data tracking, and reporting • Securely handle confidential employee information in compliance with company policy and applicable laws • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of data entry support experience • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word • Two (2) years of human resource support strongly preferred • Valid and unencumbered driver's license if required to drive for the job • Strong focus on Excel, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently • Ability to quickly re-direct and prioritize competing work • Ability to follow standards and established processes • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and products • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data • Foundational understanding of HR best practices and key HR concepts
