📋 Description

• Define and own program strategy for the most complex, cross-pillar technical initiatives, with accountability to VP and C-suite leadership • Anticipate organizational and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies • Translate enterprise roadmaps and business strategy into scalable program frameworks and operating models • Drive prioritization and investment tradeoffs across Engineering pillars • Represent the senior TPM perspective in executive forums, steering committees, and cross-functional planning sessions • Build partnerships with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Marketing Technology, and Customer Support • Drive alignment across competing priorities and organizations, navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity • Lead delivery of critical and complex programs across the FCore domain • Establish and own program health frameworks, including OKRs, KPIs, risk registers, and delivery scorecards • Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement structural solutions • Architect and implement scalable, repeatable program management frameworks • Define enterprise-level standards for SDLC governance, delivery rigor, ATS workflows, and reporting accuracy • Drive continuous improvement in how FBG plans, builds, and ships • Apply knowledge of distributed systems, microservice architectures, and platform engineering to program strategy and risk identification • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate insights into organizational recommendations • Partner with Engineering leadership on build-versus-buy decisions and technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading enterprise-wide, multi-pillar programs • 10+ years of direct experience working with Software Engineering teams at scale • Proven executive-level stakeholder management experience with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders • Experience leading steering committees and executive readouts • Ability to design and implement scalable program frameworks across large engineering organizations • Strong data fluency, including building executive-ready narratives, modeling risk, and driving decisions through insight • Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies • Experience managing programs across large, matrixed technology organizations with multiple P&L verticals and shared services • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influence skills • Experience mentoring TPM peers and junior practitioners • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT • Preferred: experience in regulated industries such as iGaming or fintech • Preferred: experience with microservice-based architectures and distributed systems at scale • Preferred: experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment across multiple teams • Preferred: experience shaping TPM as an organizational discipline • Preferred: experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
