📋 Description

• Structure and negotiate long-term offtake agreements within complex commercial, financial, and technical environments • Lead end-to-end commercial deal processes from initial engagement through contract signature • Manage relationships with international off-takers, including airlines, fuel suppliers, and corporations • Act as the key interface between technical, operational, finance, and commercial project teams • Prepare high-quality materials for internal decision-making by the Executive Committee and Board • Collaborate on complex financial models supporting deal structuring and negotiations • Coordinate with legal teams to translate commercial agreements into contractual documents • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including legal and financial advisors • Support inter-company alignment across related projects and help ensure a cohesive commercial strategy • Drive progress toward HoTs, Final Investment Decisions, and contract execution • Collaborate with commercial and other teams across SkyNRG projects • Represent SkyNRG at industry conferences and events • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to live and work in the United States • SkyNRG is unable to sponsor visas • At least 3+ years of experience managing complex commercial processes, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale projects • Proven track record in international deal-making and contract negotiation • Ability to lead high-value negotiations and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies • Ability to build robust financial models and translate analysis into actionable deal strategies • Knowledge and experience with complex commercial contracting and negotiation • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience • Knowledge of Capex financing structures and their link to offtake agreements • Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in large organizations • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong commercial instincts • Proactive self-starter with a strong “can-do” mentality • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across diverse stakeholders • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Eastern or Central time zone preferred; Mountain or Pacific time acceptable • Nice to have: experience in aviation, fuel, energy, or sustainable industries • Nice to have: background in entrepreneurial or fast-growing environments • Nice to have: experience working across time zones and remote teams • Nice to have: strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability
