📋 Description

• Create and post job postings for field and corporate positions on job boards and social media • Schedule intake calls with hiring managers • Source and qualify candidate resumes • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews • Manage the candidate experience from prescreen through offer • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and assess candidates against appropriate criteria and organizational values • Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social channels to build brand reputation and candidate pipelines • Develop internal and external sourcing networks • Support the employer-of-choice brand through consistent follow-up • Assist with community and internal hiring events and career fairs • Communicate with interview teams and lead post-interview debriefs • Facilitate interviews and manage pre-hire processes, including offers, background checks, system entry, and transition to P&C Generalist for onboarding • Complete additional People & Culture and recruiting projects as assigned • Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager as part of the People & Culture team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field preferred • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for both field and corporate positions in large multi-unit organizations in the entertainment, retail, restaurant, or fitness industries highly preferred • Experience using tools to source active and passive candidates required • ATS experience required • Customer service focus with ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations • Proactive, with communication, organizational, and decision-making skills • Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision • Ability to interact with and influence all levels of management • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Ability to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer • Ability to perceive speech and express ideas over the phone and via Teams
