📋 Description

• Research venues and live entertainment opportunities across the United States • Identify appropriate venue contacts, capacities, booking requirements, and availability • Assist with venue outreach and booking coordination • Maintain organized records of contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups • Coordinate dates and other logistical details as needed • Support the development of multi-city tours and ticketed events • Assist with entertainment marketing or promotional activities when relevant • Support the expansion of a performing artist from private events into public, ticketed shows and touring

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in venue booking, live entertainment, touring, ticketed events, talent booking, or a closely related field strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal English communication • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable researching and communicating with venues • Able to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups at once • Experience with entertainment marketing, event promotion, social media, tour coordination, or artist/talent management support is a plus • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week • Flexible / TBD daily schedule
