📋 Description

• Own the Customer Relationship • Independently manage a portfolio of prospective and active clients • Serve as the primary point of accountability for client outcomes • Discover, manage, and oversee the execution of Slate activations • Function as a recognized expert on Slate vehicles and EV technology • Independently evaluate client needs and determine appropriate product • Establish and maintain CRM standards for client relationships • Identify patterns in client concerns and synthesize observations into recommendations • Manage competing client priorities and pipeline complexity • Cultivate long-term client relationships that produce repeat engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not required given relevant experience • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service roles • Exceptional communication and listening skills • Initiative and hard-working • Transparency, integrity, and honesty • Ability to work independently with modest supervision and in a team environment • Resilience for changes at a start-up
