📋 Description

• Deliver a world-class employee experience while ensuring our global people operations processes are accurate, scalable, and compliant as Slice continues to grow. • Help power the day-to-day operations that support employees across Slice's global workforce. • Own critical people processes across the US and Canada, including benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, leave administration, compliance, employee support, and coordination with payroll and HR systems. • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers while ensuring the details behind the scenes are handled accurately and efficiently. • Inherit strong foundations, but also have the opportunity to improve processes and help shape what's next. • Support our upcoming HiBob implementation to help modernize our employee support workflows, and play an important role in building the future of People Operations at Slice.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, benefits administration, or a related field. • Experience administering employee benefits programs and supporting employee questions across multiple benefit offerings. • Experience managing leave of absence programs, including medical, parental, disability, or statutory leave programs. • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work accurately. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands. • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. • Comfort working with employee data and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. • Experience partnering across functions to deliver operational processes and employee support.
