📋 Description

• Work with Pharma/Life Sciences clients to understand business processes, data requirements, challenges, and future-state needs • Lead business and functional requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders and SMEs • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, data requirements, and process flows • Analyze commercial Pharma data and understand how sources contribute to business processes and analytics • Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, MDM teams, BI teams, and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions • Support DATAstream implementations across data integration, commercial data warehousing, MDM, reporting/analytics, and AI/data use cases • Understand source systems, data feeds, data structures, business rules, transformations, and downstream reporting requirements • Define data mapping, business rules, data quality requirements, and acceptance criteria • Participate in data profiling, data validation, UAT, and issue resolution • Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, mapping documents, and user stories • Identify data quality issues and work with technical teams on remediation approaches • Prioritize requirements and manage scope throughout client engagements • Support solution demonstrations and communicate DATAstream capabilities to business stakeholders • Provide domain expertise during solution design and implementation • Support pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and solution discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences • Strong understanding of Pharma commercial business processes and data • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Ability to translate business requirements into data and technical requirements • Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data management concepts • Experience with data mapping, data validation, UAT, and data quality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Experience with Pharma Commercial Data Warehouses / CDWs preferred • Experience with MDM implementations preferred • Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Databricks preferred • Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms preferred • SQL knowledge and ability to perform basic data analysis preferred • Experience with APIs, SFTP, EDI, and other data integration mechanisms preferred • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms preferred • Experience supporting client-facing consulting or implementation engagements preferred • Exposure to AI/ML use cases in Life Sciences is a plus • Practical experience with Pharma commercial or Life Sciences data • Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and SMEs • Experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
