📋 Description

• Rigorously test key user journeys to identify bugs, usability issues, and friction points. • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help take our product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit. • Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps. • Test core customer journeys: Landing → Sign-up, Sign-up → Login, Promo Opt-in → Deposit, Deposit → Bet Placement → Cashout → Withdrawal, Customer Support & KYC Flows. • Document all issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and recordings (where applicable). • Join live testing sessions with the Product team. • Provide a full QA report in English, including usability feedback, bug reports, and improvement recommendations. • Verify fixes and validate product readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be physically located in Indiana for testing geolocation compliance. • No existing Smarkets/SBK account. • Familiarity with U.S. sports betting regulations preferred. • Detail-oriented with QA testing experience for web and mobile platforms (gaming or betting a plus). • Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills. • Comfortable participating in remote live walkthroughs.
