📋 Description

• Oversee the post-sale client lifecycle and improve client operational efficiency, revenue performance, and long-term retention • Onboard new agencies and ensure they are operationally ready to handle volume • Validate campaign pricing, geographies, and targeted consumer profiles • Conduct regular performance reviews using campaign data • Diagnose marketing versus process problems and prescribe appropriate fixes • Identify efficiency sources and monitor inbound call answer rates • Drive Net Revenue Retention by identifying upsell and increased ad-spend opportunities • Proactively address churn risks, including low engagement, unworked leads, and missed calls • Gather client feedback for the Product team • Turn successful clients into evangelists, generating referrals and case studies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Strategic Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management experience • SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, or Marketing Services experience preferred • Proven retention and growth track record, including growing a book of business or saving at-risk accounts • Understanding of sales funnels and ability to diagnose lead drop-off points • Ability to deliver constructive feedback to business owners about team performance • Experience working with insurance agents or high-velocity sales teams preferred • Familiarity with CRMs such as Ricochet, AgencyZoom, or Convoso and lead distribution logic preferred
