📋 Description

• Partner with the CPTO to build the organization-wide three-year strategic plan focused on product adoption, revenue retention and growth, and customer value delivery. • Provide support to executives on strategic initiatives. • Lead the annual strategic and financial planning process across product functions, Finance, and GTM. • Identify and manage critical planning decisions, cross-functional dependencies, and planning gaps. • Partner with Revenue Operations on OKR and initiative tracking. • Facilitate executive leadership alignment and collaboration. • Serve as a trusted thought partner and force multiplier to the leadership team. • Own the leadership operating rhythm, including staff meetings, offsites, QBRs, and board or executive committee touchpoints. • Prepare board presentations, investor briefings, and executive leadership forum materials. • Coordinate communication and reporting for global product and technology leaders. • Track budget and headcount planning with Finance and Revenue Operations. • Build team-wide communications rituals and content, including intranet content, newsletters, and town halls. • Develop and publish R&D strategy blogs and presentations. • Monitor organizational health signals and recommend actions. • Craft communications and presentations for team cascades, speaking engagements, internal and external branding, engagement, and alignment. • Lead cross-functional projects and change-management governance for transformation initiatives. • Partner with program management teams to execute project and initiative plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years experience in strategy, operations or program management in a SaaS business • Management consulting or equivalent experience is required • Successful track record building, scaling, mobilizing, and refining strategy and associated programs or initiatives for complex businesses, ideally in a go-to-market function • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships at every organizational level • Experience with organizational design, organizational behavior, leadership development and/or team development • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement • Travel average 25% of time, up to 50% on occasion; primarily domestic with some international travel • MBA preferred
