📋 Description

• Lead administration, optimization, and ongoing support of Revenue Cycle applications, including clearinghouses and insurance payer portals • Oversee system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementation projects • Manage and mentor a team of application specialists through coaching, performance management, and professional development • Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to identify workflow improvements and technology solutions • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to maintain system security, availability, and data integrity • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, policies, and procedures • Lead system testing, validation, and change management for new functionality and upgrades • Monitor system performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in strategic planning and digital transformation projects • Support reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for system enhancements and integrations • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting healthcare or Revenue Cycle applications • 2–5 years of leadership or people management experience • Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships • Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA • Strong understanding of clearinghouses, payer portals, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred • Experience with enterprise healthcare systems, including EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner preferred • Collaborative and empowering leadership approach • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Ability to improve systems and workflows through technology • Organized and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
