📋 Description

• Own the CIO calendar and operating rhythm, including staff meetings, quarterly reviews, and leadership offsites • Develop AI agents to streamline recurring tasks and workflows • Translate cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and enterprise application topics into clear executive-ready content and presentations • Coordinate cross-functional priorities with PMO, Security, Infrastructure, Apps, and Data/AI leads • Track actions through closure • Prepare partner, customer, and vendor briefings • Manage sensitive communications with discretion • Maintain the digital workspace in Teams and SharePoint • Maintain accurate dashboards and trackers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior technology leaders in a fast-paced, global environment • Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot • Experience improving processes with AI or cutting-edge technology • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel • Familiarity with Power BI • Strong judgment, anticipation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to simplify complex topics and move work forward • Must not require visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
